Fedora IoT disk images (iot-qcow2, iot-raw-xz) require an ostree URL to pull a commit from, but we never checked for it. When generating manifests, the manifest instantiation function did produce an error, but we should have been catching it in the options checker first. Check for Bootable images as well as BootISO images with RPMOSTree when validating the required ostree options.

The whole conditional block for the iot-simplified-installer was there in the previous version of the function because it was also validating the supported options for the image type. Now that that validation is covered elsewhere, we only need to check if the option combinations are valid if and when the customizations (FDO or Ignition) are used.
Embedding containers was supported on iot-commit and iot-container images. This was not added when the supported_blueprint_options feature was added. See fe17ec0 for the change from the old validator.

(nitpick) maybe %s: exactly one of ... required, got: %v (or even just collect the extra ones in a var diunSet []string (but that is probably overdoing it :)

Follow-up from #1216. Fixing a couple of issues I found with the new blueprint option validation in Fedora while I was working on the RHEL images.
